Performance Info

Please look at a map of Disney Springs to familiarize yourself & give yourself plenty of time regardless of how you plan on arriving. They do not allow any private vehicles in the Disney Performing Arts backstage area where the buses will take us before the performance, so it is extremely important that all dancers are there when the bus departs or they’ll miss performing.

Dancers need to arrive at Disney Springs already dressed in their performance outfit with jerseys over. Dancers are not allowed to change in the bathrooms at Disney Springs…this is a big rule for Disney Performing Arts.

Dancers can bring a water bottle and some snacks in their backpacks. Make sure they eat before coming because we won’t have another opportunity to eat until the performances are over.

Elementary & Middle School will wear primarily white tennis shoes to and from the performance, high school will wear your hip hop shoes…this is not optional! You will bring your dance shoes with you, if you wear dance shoes to perform in, barefoot is fine if that’s what you normally do. Everyone must have on tennis shoes (primarily white) or HS hip hop sneakers.

Parents – once your dancers are on the bus you can go to the Waterside Stage and get ready to watch the performances.

Once Anna has performed, parents of those dancers please move and let Elsa parents have your seats. Elsa parents, please allow Anna parents to have the seats for their performance. Be considerate of each other!!

Dancers must stay together from the time we arrive at Disney Springs until they are dismissed to you. They cannot come to sit with you in the audience and must stay together as a group at all times – they are considered Disney Cast members while there!

Every dancer must walk back with our Disney representative before being released. The rep will tell us when the dancers are released after the performance.

After performing, dancers CANNOT change clothes while at Disney Springs. They can walk around in their performance outfit but if they need to change, they must leave Disney Springs. This is a major rule from Disney Performing Arts.

Performance rules

No jewelry of any kind
Wear new, full-length tights, no panties
Clear strap, clear back bras. No sticky-boobs or strapless bras.
You are allowed to have fun, Disney nails – the no polish rule does not apply
Hair must be worn mostly down; sides may be pulled up but most of it must be down & beautiful. Any ponytail holders must match dancer’s hair color.
Wear pink lipstick
Vicki’s 2025-26 backpacks are required to keep phones and belongings in. Dancers will leave those on the bus so make sure they are clearly labeled with your name.
